from stillness

In the chaos of life, we’re often pulled in many directions, feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or ungrounded. Stillness offers a way to reconnect to the calm within—a space of clarity and balance that is always accessible, even in the midst of challenges. This practice isn’t about escaping the storm but finding your center within it, allowing you to navigate life with greater ease and purpose.

This practice is simple and can be done in under a minute, wherever you are. Here’s how:
1. Pause for a moment, even if you’re in the middle of something.
2. Take a deep breath and focus inward.
3. Notice the stillness within—the calm center that remains steady no matter what’s happening around you.
4. Let your next action arise from this grounded place.

We are currently building this - not functional at all now.
This section can be used to introduce and provide a framing for the practice so the frame is good. It is an expanding text field so that if you don't think you need the intro, or have already read it, you can roll strait don't to the actual instructions in Step One
