Here you find insights and tools to enable a transformative Radical Livning Week. Read before Monday and come back if needed
The word radical comes from Latin, Radix, and means: At the root. The essence of something. We take it further, using Trust as an example here:
Source: To be the generator of Trust. No longer based on certain conditions.
It is moving from "having" Trust to "being" Trust.
Embodied. To know Trust as a somatic experience. It is an emergent quality, beyond mind and understanding. It can live in your tissue, be known in your bones and naturally arise when needed.
Systemic: To exist as an inseparable part of a greater whole. Trust has its innate intelligence knows its role in the system.
Just like our 5 senses are separate and co-ordinated.
Transcendent: To extend Trust beyond yourself. As a timeless, formless and limitless quality to be transmitted and shared.
Sacred. To view Trust as Spirit in action. With reverence. As a thread of wisdom weaving the mystery of life
This is the rocket fuel for the radical journey. If you want to reach escape velocity, you will need these.
Ritualize
Make a commitment to yourself to set a solid frame for each day of the week. Use the time you have. Just don't skip. Set reminders to keep you on track. Use both the carrot and the stick. You will thank yourself for it.
Morning
Begin your day by setting a simple intention: How does the radical expression of the day's theme feel in your body?
Let this sensation run as an undercurrent through this very special day in your life.
Moments
During the day do micro practices, often, just for a minute. We recommend the Evoke, Embody, evolve sequence as described below. Do your own version, as long as it is "Radical"
Some people set a timer for every 30 min. others just do it randomly.
Evening
End with a short reflection over the arc of the day, since your intention.
Celebrate small transformations and acknowledge areas for growth.

Evoke. Embody. Evolve
This simple method of micro transformation aligns with how our nervous system learns and adapts. It’s a time-tested and evidence based way to expand our capacities.
Evoke: Call in todays theme. Take a slow, deep breath. Visualize a moment when you truly owned this quality, or imagine one. Start building the radical version of the theme. Ask it to come forth and present itself.
Embody: Shift from thought to felt experience. Each theme has a location in the body, an energy center.
Tune into this place and notice sensations there. Let it grow, expand and express how it wants to.
Turn it up to max volume, even briefly.
Evolve: Notice how you have expanded, say Courage, and imagine how you can continue. Own your capacity to empower yourself this way and appreciate your effort. Consider any adaptations for continuous development.

Engage the ring
Let the Numen ring be your key to Radical Living. Let it guide and inspire you.
Carry the ring with you and use it as a reminder to practice.
And further. It can also be a portal to or catalyst of your chosen theme. Use the tactility of the ring and couple it with the embodied feeling of your theme. You will create a feed back loop between the ring and the state making it easier to invoke.
Trust your fingers and make this your personal ritual. Your experience will deepen and the access be easier, the more you do it.

The word radical comes from Latin, Radix, and means: At the root. The essence of something. We take it further, using Trust as an example:
We use the chakra system because it offers a simple yet powerful map of the whole human experience. It draws from ancient wisdom, but it aligns closely with modern insights from developmental psychology, embodiment, and the evolution of consciousness.
Each chakra represents a distinct aspect of being — from trust to wonder — and together they form a growth hierarchy that supports integration and wholeness. And further it fits perfectly in a week cycle.
We see the chakras as instruments in our inner orchestra: each has its voice, but only together do they play the music of life. This framework helps us grow, align, and live more fully.
